Fourteen02 on Park
This project encompassed the development of a mixed-use affordable housing development, with twenty percent of units designated for individuals with permanent disabilities and their families, as well as a full-service grocery store.
Solace Home
The goal of Solace Home is to provide a community supported hospice residence for Dane County’s most vulnerable and terminally ill individuals as they face the end of their lives.

SSM Health – Fish Hatchery Campus Redevelopment
SSM Health engaged Urban Assets to assist in the major redevelopment of their iconic clinic on South Fish Hatchery Road, which was built in the 1960s.
Wisconsin Youth Symphony Orchestra (WYSO)
