Fourteen02 on Park
This project encompassed the development of a mixed-use affordable housing development, with twenty percent of units designated for individuals with permanent disabilities and their families, as well as a full-service grocery store.
Madison East-West Bus Rapid Transit Planning
The City of Madison has engaged Urban Assets to aid in engaging the community in the planning and implementation of the first route of the Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) system.
Westgate Mall Redevelopment
JT Klein, Inc. engaged Urban Assets to assist with predevelopment, community engagement, and City approvals for the redevelopment of the Westgate Mall.
SSM Health – Fish Hatchery Campus Redevelopment
SSM Health engaged Urban Assets to assist in the major redevelopment of their iconic clinic on South Fish Hatchery Road, which was built in the 1960s.
Wisconsin Youth Symphony Orchestra (WYSO)
The goal of the new facility is to provide welcoming, high-quality rehearsal space for WYSO programs.
